About the Opportunity
This is a rare chance to join the team of one of Melbourne’s most exciting new hospitality venues.
Working closely with our Venue Manager, Duty Managers and the wider leadership team, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
You’ll bring energy, professionalism and a genuine passion for hospitality, contributing to a strong service culture and helping shape the atmosphere that sets our venues apart.
What You’ll Do
As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience by:

Delivering warm, attentive and genuine service across the bar, floor and functions

Greeting guests, managing reservations and ensuring smooth seating and flow

Taking orders accurately and confidently recommending menu and beverage items

Running food and drinks with efficiency, pace and care

Curating exceptional and high-quality cocktails
-
Maintaining high standards of venue presentation, cleanliness and safety

Supporting busy service periods, events and activations with a positive attitude

Working closely with the whole team to deliver consistent, high‑quality experiences

Handling payments and ensuring accurate cash and EFTPOS transactions

Contributing to a welcoming, inclusive and supportive team culture
About You
You’re friendly, reliable and passionate about hospitality. You bring energy and positivity to every shift — and you love helping guests feel special. You’ll also have:

Previous Front of House, bar or restaurant experience (Essential)

Strong communication skills and a genuine love for people

A proactive, hands‑on mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure

Great attention to detail and pride in high standards

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

A team‑first attitude and willingness to learn

Availability to work nights, weekends and event evenings
