Casual Support Worker (Japanese Speaking Preferred) – Gordon & Hornsby LGA
Australian Support Workers Sydney is seeking a reliable, flexible Casual Disability Support Worker for an immediate, high-priority role in Gordon.
We need someone confident stepping into regular morning shifts and fill‑in shifts at short notice.
This specific role involves providing personal care and in-home assistance to a lovely 70-year-old female client living with dementia, MS and mobility issues.
About the Role: You will provide primary support to our client in Gordon 7 days a week, alongside ad-hoc shifts across the Hornsby LGA.
- Location: Gordon (primary) and surrounding Hornsby LGA.
- Schedule: AM shifts, 7 days per week available.
- Hours: 3 hours per shift.
- Immediate Start: Assistance is required right away.
Ideal Candidate
- Language: Japanese speaking is highly preferred to support client communication. Anyone please apply. All application welcomed.

- Flexibility: Can genuinely say “yes” to weekend and last-minute morning shifts.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1+ year experience in disability or aged care.
- Compassion and patience handling complex needs like dementia.
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, or related field.
- Completed mandatory NDIS worker requirements and current Police Check.
- Background in nursing highly sought after.
