Your Role:
As a Security Officer at Velox security, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, secure, and welcoming environment within our hospital facility. You will ensure the safety of patients, staff, and visitors while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol and Monitor: Conduct regular rounds inside the premises to ensure remain safe and secure.
Patient Sits: Watching patients and ensuring their safety.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and alarms, taking appropriate actions in line with hospital procedures.
Access Control: Oversee visitor access, ensuring only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and disturbances with a calm, patient-centered approach.
Collaboration: Work closely with staff, law enforcement, and emergency responders to maintain a safe environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in security (preferred, but not required).
Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond to emergencies swiftly.
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
A passion for making a difference in the healthcare environment.
A valid security license (where applicable).
A valid applied First Aid Certificate
A valid working with children check(paid employee)
