About the Role:
Join our passionate Product and Development team at FDX, part of the Uniti Group, taking ownership of the front-end architecture, performance, and quality of both internal and customer facing UI/UX. This dynamic role welcomes applicants from all States, location is flexible for the right candidate.

The ideal person for this role will have/be:
- Accountable Owner: Ownership of the end-to-end front-end experience, combining UI/UX decision-making with strong engineering practices, and take responsibility for performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
- User-Focused: You prioritise user needs in every decision, designing and building intuitive, accessible experiences and refining them through feedback and real-world usage.
- Strong Communicator: You articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Data-Driven: You base decisions on data and real user feedback, using insights to shape design and development (A/B testing or experimentation experience is a bonus).
- Security & Privacy Minded: You build front-end applications with security in mind, applying best practices to mitigate common risks such as XSS and ensure safe handling of user data.
