About the role
As our Program Administrator – PEP Specialist, you'll manage participant administration, triage enquiries, maintain accurate program records, coordinate assessments and meetings, and prepare correspondence. Reporting to the Team Lead – PEP Specialist, you'll track participant progress and completion requirements, support assessment processes, and help ensure efficient program delivery.
As our Program Administrator - PEP Specialist, you'll also:
Serve as the first point of contact for participant enquiries, providing timely information and escalating matters where required.
Prepare and manage Workplace Based Assessment documentation, ensuring compliance with program requirements and deadlines.
Monitor data integrity across systems, maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting activities.
Provide administrative support for team operations, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and process improvement initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
Proven administration experience in education or healthcare
Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
