The busy Cross Keys Hotel is looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Bottleshop Attendant to join our team on a casual basis.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing great service and helping customers find the right products.
What you’ll get up to:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products;
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bottleshop;
- Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively;
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately;
- Provide information about products and promotions; and
- Support team members in daily operations.
About you:
- Previous retail, bottle shop or hospitality experience with great product knowledge;
- A current RSA certificate;
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays;
- A friendly attitude and strong communication skills;
- Reliability and the ability to work independently; and
- Physically fit and able to safely lift, carry and move cartons and stock throughout each shift.
