MediAesthetics is looking for an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Clinical Trainer & Educator, supporting, developing and inspiring our talented clinical teams across Queensland.
This is a permanent, part-time role working 3 days per week, offering an exciting opportunity to step into a dedicated clinical education and leadership position within one of Australia’s growing aesthetics networks.

About the Role
As our Queensland Nurse Clinical Trainer & Educator, you’ll play a key role in developing the capability, confidence and clinical excellence of our Aesthetic Nurses.
You’ll deliver education and hands-on training, support onboarding and ongoing development, provide clinical guidance and collaborate with our Franchise Partners, National Clinical Team, Nurse Practitioners and industry leaders.
This is more than a training role — you’ll be a clinical leader, mentor and trusted resource for our Queensland network.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Education & Mentoring
- Deliver engaging in-clinic and virtual education across aesthetic procedures, clinical safety, consultation and patient communication.
- Support the onboarding and development of Aesthetic Nurses.
- Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring and clinical feedback.
- Lead state-based education events in collaboration with internal teams and industry partners.
- Identify development opportunities and support nurses throughout their clinical growth.
- Develop and deliver education that is practical, engaging and aligned with best-practice standards.
Clinical Support
- Be a trusted clinical resource for Aesthetic Nurses across Queensland.
- Provide guidance and support with complex cases and clinical decision-making.
- Assist with clinical troubleshooting and provide ongoing feedback and support.
- Partner with Nurse Practitioners and leadership to ensure consistently high standards of patient care.
- Help build confidence and capability across the clinical network.
Clinical Governance & Culture
- Promote best-practice protocols and clinical safety standards.
- Contribute to clinical governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support a culture of accountability, learning, collaboration and professional growth.
- Act as a positive clinical role model across the network.
- Partner with leadership to continuously elevate clinical standards and patient outcomes.
About You
You’re an experienced aesthetic nurse who is passionate about clinical excellence, education and developing others.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse registration.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in cosmetic injecting and/or aesthetic nursing.
- Proven experience in education, mentoring, coaching or clinical leadership.
- A genuine passion for developing and supporting other nurses.
- A strong commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach.
- The confidence and ability to lead, influence and inspire.
- Additional qualifications in education, leadership or clinical practice are highly regarded.
