As a Manager in Process Intelligence at PwC Australia, you’ll help organisations unlock value through data-driven process transformation. You’ll use process mining, process intelligence, SQL, and advanced data analytics to identify inefficiencies, uncover improvement opportunities, and support full-scale operational and organisational transformation across complex business environments. You’ll work with major Australian organisations to improve end-to-end processes, enhance decision-making, and embed digital capabilities across the enterprise. Analyse end-to-end business processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Issue-to-Resolution to identify bottlenecks, non-compliance, process variation, and improvement opportunities.
Use leading process mining and intelligence platforms, SQL, and data analytics techniques to extract, transform, analyse, and interpret process data from ERP and other enterprise systems.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations that clearly communicate process performance, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategy for Process Mining and Intelligence, including industry-specific offerings, propositions, and reusable assets.
Contribute to the development and delivery of sales enablement materials, client demonstrations, training sessions, and industry events.
Support business development activities through proposals, client presentations, thought leadership, and market-facing content.
Experience working with leading Process Mining and Intelligence tools such as Signavio, Celonis, Apromore, or similar platforms.
Strong experience across ERP-enabled end-to-end processes, particularly Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R). Experience in other end-to-end processes such as Issue-to-Resolution is also valued.
Strong skills in data analytics, data visualisation, analysis, and reporting, with the ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
Strong consulting, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams.
