High-volume and late-night experience will be highly regarded for some of our venues, but our portfolio is diverse. We're equally interested in strong operators from restaurant, pub and bar backgrounds. A current First Aid Certificate, RMLV and Approved Manager accreditation will also be highly regarded, but they aren't essential at the time of application. For the right candidate, we're happy to support you in obtaining the relevant qualifications and accreditations required for your role.
The Benefits Joining Artesian means becoming part of a larger hospitality group where your career doesn't have to stop at one venue. As our venues and people continue to develop, there are opportunities to progress into larger venues, experience different concepts and move into more senior operational roles across the group.
You'll also enjoy:
- Performance-based bonus opportunity of $21,000–$42,000 per annum, depending on the management position
- 50% staff discount across Artesian Hospitality venues
- Genuine career progression across multiple venues and concepts
- Support from an experienced senior operations team
- Training and professional development opportunities
