Totally Tumbling & Tricks is a growing acrobatics and aerial studio in Unanderra, 10 minutes south of Wollongong. We teach students from preschool through to teens. We're growing fast, and we want a coach who wants to grow with us with real mentorship and a structured development pathway behind it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Teach tumbling, acrobatics and circus-based skills to kids of all ages and abilities
- Work alongside other coaches every session
- Support students who need flexible or individual approaches, including neurodivergent learners
- Help bring shows and studio events to life
- Set up and pack down equipment for classes
WHO YOU ARE
- A background in gymnastics, acro, cheer, circus arts, aerial or dance — any mix works
- You've coached or taught children for 2+ years
- Intermediate tumbling — handstands, cartwheels, handsprings and progressions
- You show up. Every time. Our families count on it, and this is non-negotiable.
- Warm, patient, and you light up when a kid finally nails the skill they've chased for weeks
- Keen to learn aerial - we'll train you
- Current Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain), Australian work rights, and reliable transport to Unanderra
THE HOURS
This is a permanent part-time role — around 13 guaranteed hours a week, set days, consistent week to week:
- Monday — afternoon/evening (approx 3:15–8:15pm)
- Tuesday — morning (approx 8:15–11:15am)
- Wednesday — afternoon/evening (approx 3:15–8:15pm)
- Friday — morning approx (8:30-10:45am)
Once your hours are agreed upon, they stay consistent. We're after someone who wants these hours locked in as their own.
