As a Disability Support Worker, you'll be providing one on one support to NDIS participants to help them live independently, safely, and meaningfully. your day may include:
- Supporting individuals with personal care,daily routines, or community access.
- Promoting social, emotional, and functional skills.
- Encouraging independence and celebrating progress
- Following person centred support plans and working in collaboration with families and professionals.
- Using empathy and initiative to respond intuitively to each persons needs
What We Looking For

- Experience in Disability, youth work, or mental health(preferred but not essential).
Minimum Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working With children Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport
- Cert lll or higher in Individual support, community Services or Similar (preferred)
Pay: $26.44 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 15.0 per week
