Ready to use your technical expertise to shape how critical treatment systems perform every day? Join our Operations in a role where your judgement is trusted, your ideas are put into practice, and your work directly improves safety, reliability and sustainability outcomes.
In this senior technical role, you’ll bring process engineering expertise across water, wastewater, recycled water, sludge management and related treatment systems.
Leading complex investigations, you’ll make sense of performance data and use your judgement to improve treatment performance, reliability, efficiency and compliance. You’ll help turn technical insight into practical improvements that strengthen safety, resilience and sustainability outcomes.
You’ll also contribute to treatment projects, upgrades and operational changes, supporting everything from option evaluation through to commissioning and optimisation. A key part of the role is turning complex process information into clear operating strategies, procedures and guidance that people can use day to day.
As a senior escalation point, you’ll provide technical expertise, influence better outcomes and help build capability through coaching, mentoring and technical guidance.
As a senior treatment or process engineer with strong operational experience and a passion for optimisation, you’re comfortable making independent, technically sound decisions in live operational environments, balancing safety, risk and performance.
With your systemsâthinking mindset grounded in operational experience, you combine this with engineering fundamentals, plant knowledge and performance data, to solve realâworld problems.
You’re recognised for your ability to influence outcomes by providing sound, practical solutions in operational settings. You translate complex technical concepts into clear, usable operating practices and build capability across teams through credible, evidence-based guidance.
Drawing on your qualifications in chemical or process engineering, or similar, you’re motivated by the opportunity to contribute to sustainability, emissions reduction and circular economy outcomes in a technically demanding environment.
