Role and Responsibilities
A. Strategic and Administrative Leadership
· Support the Managing Director with strategic planning, decision-making and operational execution.
· Contribute to strategic planning, internal policies and procedures, decision-making processes and the efficient operation of agency services.
· Oversee the implementation of organisational strategies and ensure compliance with WHS regulations and internal governance requirements.
B. Resource and Operations Management
· Manage and optimise daily business operations across operations, IT, finance, staffing resources and administrative support.
· Oversee the effective use of company systems, including Streamtime, Monday.com and HubSpot
· Monitor and optimise internal workflows, manage and report on resource usage, coordinate resource allocation to improve business efficiency and effectiveness, and address any issues identified in operational reports.
C. Financial Oversight
· Partner with the Managing Director on budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
· Provide information and support for the preparation of financial reports, budgets and analysis to assist with strategic decision-making.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
D. People and Culture Oversight
· Lead internal HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, compliance and documentation.
· Support employee engagement programs, performance reviews and training initiatives.
· Promote a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
E. Facilities and Technology Management
· Manage office facilities, equipment requirements and supplier relationships.
· Coordinate IT systems, software access and data security in partnership with external providers.
· Maintain WHS standards and ensure a safe and functional work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· A Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field;
· A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a senior corporate services, operations or management role; and
· Proven experience in a full-service advertising agency, including close partnership with clients.
This is an in-house role. One day per week working from home may be considered at the company’s discretion; however, this is not a hybrid or fully remote position.

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
