Salary package: $89,760 - $97,918 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Position overview
This role provides a diverse range of services to coursework students and the wider ANU community as part of the Enrolments & Fees Office. This includes administering coursework variation requests, such as degree transfers, program leave, program withdrawal and changes to enrolment, assisting with management of domestic and international tuition fee compliance, and reporting international student enrolments in the Provider Registration and International Management System (PRISMS).
Our ideal candidate is someone highly organised and customer focused, with prior experience in student administration and familiarity on handling student data and financial transactions.
The Enrolments and Fees Office is a fast-paced team that works closely with other areas of the Education Portfolio, Academic Colleges, Service Divisions, the Dean of Students office and Executive staff, including external bodies and government agencies. We promote and support a strong customer service culture within the team.
The Division of Student Engagement and Education Management (SEEM) is within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) Portfolio. SEEM contributes to the University's strategic objective to provide an excellent educational experience for its students through delivery of accessible and supportive administrative functions throughout the student lifecycle. SEEM activities include general student enquiries, enrolment, class timetabling, program management, financial transactions, examination management, legislative compliance in relation to students including appeals, grievance, academic misconduct, discipline processes, curriculum management and the development and support of student systems.
