Our Sydney Cost Management team works across a diverse portfolio of built environment projects, partnering with clients in the education, health, aged care, commercial and civic sectors.
About the Opportunity
As our New South Wales portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Sydney team.
Working alongside experienced industry professionals, you will support the delivery of a broad range of building projects, providing both pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services throughout the project lifecycle.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare cost plans and estimates across all project stages
- Undertake measurement of quantities, value management and cashflow preparation
- Support contract administration activities including progress claims and variation measurements and assessments
- Assist with project cost analysis, reporting and cost database development
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
About You
- 2-5 years' post-graduate experience in Quantity Surveying or Construction Cost Management
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline
- Experience delivering building projects across sectors such as education, commercial, health, aged care or residential
- Experience using CostX or similar cost management software
- Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
