This is a long-term career opportunity for an experienced full-time Senior Dental Assistant (2+ years’ experience) to join our premium Chatswood clinic 5 days a week. About the Role

Require a strong clinical background to confidently step into chairside support across general, cosmetic, and surgical procedures as needed, while primarily focusing on training and team support.
- Act as a senior team member, supporting clinical flow and team coordination
- Demonstrate leadership and administrative capability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and efficient workflow.
- Create a positive, collaborative team culture while supporting the development of junior staff.
- Deliver a premium, five-star patient experience at every touchpoint.
- Maintain exceptional standards in sterilisation and infection control.
- Assist with administrative and clinical systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Support ordering, equipment maintenance, and general administrative tasks.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have 2+ years’ experience as a Dental Assistant, ideally in a senior capacity.
- Hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (required).
- Are confident supporting complex and high-end procedures.
- Strong can-do attitude, solution-based thinking and willingness to learn.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
- Have exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
- Work well in a team.
