Traffic Controller

About the Role
- Perform Stop/Slow traffic control operations.
- Set up, maintain, and pack down traffic management equipment.
- Ensure the safe movement of vehicles, pedestrians, and workers through work sites.
- Follow Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and all workplace safety procedures.
- Work alongside civil construction crews and site supervisors.
- Complete work across a variety of roadwork and infrastructure projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Traffic Controller accreditation.
- White Card.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and night shifts.
- Previous experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
