About the Role
As the Marketing Manager, ANZ, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing initiatives aligned with Swisslog's global marketing framework. You will play a key role in generating qualified leads, increasing market visibility, delivering impactful campaigns and events, and supporting the achievement of regional business objectives.
Working closely with Sales and other internal stakeholders, you will ensure marketing activities are strategically aligned to business priorities while continuously optimizing performance through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the ANZ marketing strategy aligned with global marketing objectives.
- Manage regional marketing plans, budgets, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives support business growth and commercial objectives.
Lead Generation & Demand Creation
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and pipeline growth.
- Leverage digital marketing, events, account-based marketing (ABM), and marketing technologies to engage target audiences.
- Monitor account engagement and intent data to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Brand Positioning & Content Marketing
- Strengthen Swisslog's brand presence throughout Australia and New Zealand.
- Develop compelling thought leadership content, case studies, customer success stories, videos, and other marketing assets.
- Support public relations and external communications activities to increase market visibility.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Strategy & Markets, and other internal teams to align marketing activities with revenue goals.
- Act as a key marketing business partner across the ANZ region.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Track key marketing KPIs and campaign performance metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns and improve return on investment.
Events & Campaign Execution
- Lead the planning and execution of trade shows, customer events, product launches, and industry engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate event logistics, communications, lead management, and post-event follow-up activities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with 8-10 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, demand generation initiatives, brand-building strategies, and event marketing.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, project management, and budget management skills, with experience utilizing CRM and marketing technologies.
- Exposure to automation, technology, manufacturing, software, or related industries will be highly advantageous.
Pay: $95,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
