- Preparing and amending written advice and correspondence for clients
- Conducting legal research and supporting partners on complex matters
- Contributing to business development as your profile and confidence grows

You're passionate about building a career in workplace relations and employment law, and you bring real commitment to helping clients navigate complexity with clear-headed, commercially sound advice.
- 2–4 years PAE as an employment law practitioner (private practice or in-house considered)
- Strong drafting skills and an eye for detail without losing sight of the practical outcome
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing competing deadlines
- Client-facing confidence and a genuine interest in building relationships
