We’re looking for a motivated Project Manager Associate ready to support complex EPC projects across their full lifecycle, working side by side with experienced Project Managers in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment.
What you’ll do
- Support the management of one or more projects in line with contractual requirements and NHOA’s Project Management Framework

Assist in project planning activities, including Project Management Plans and execution strategies

Support coordination of project activities across engineering, procurement, site, and commissioning teams

Monitor schedules, costs, progress, and support project reporting to management and customers

Maintain and update project control tools (planning, cost tracking, reporting)

Support procurement activities and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors

Assist with project documentation and contract compliance
-
Support project close-out, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with HSE teams to support site safety, subcontractor compliance, and HSE requirements
What we’re looking for:

Degree in Engineering or a related discipline

Early-career project professional with strong interest in project management and EPC environments

Understanding of Australian HSE regulations and construction laws

Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6
-
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and commercial awareness

Ability to work effectively in multicultural, multidisciplinary teams
Nice to have:

PMP® certification (or working towards it)

Previous exposure to renewable energy, infrastructure, or EPC projects

Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in complex project environments
