What You'll Do
- Deliver friendly customer service across gaming, bar and bistro areas
- Support gaming and TAB operations while maintaining compliance
- Serve food and beverages in a busy venue environment
- Maintain clean, safe and well-presented venue spaces
- Assist customers with enquiries and general venue support
- Work closely with the team during busy service periods
What We're Looking For
- Someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a team
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Current RSA & RSG certificates essential
- Availability across weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous gaming and/or TAB experience is highly regarded, but full training will be provided for the right person
