We are seeking a passionate Diploma Qualified Educator to join our supportive and long-standing team at our 92-place early learning centre in Ballarat East.
Our heritage-listed, single-level service features five classrooms across Nursery, Toddler, and Kindergarten age groups. With low staff turnover and many educators having been with the service since opening, we pride ourselves on maintaining a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.
Our approach is child-led and play-based, with educators delivering fortnightly programming based on children’s interests, development, and family partnerships. We are committed to creating safe and inclusive environments where every child feels seen, heard, and valued.

About You
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards
Passion for child-led and play-based learning
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
