Head Chef
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in a fast-paced and growing restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation standards
- Oversee food preparation and service during busy periods
- Manage stock ordering, inventory, and food cost control
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
- Develop efficient kitchen procedures and workflows
- Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
- Create a positive and productive team culture
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy kitchen
- Experience with stock management and cost control
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Reliable, organised, and passionate about delivering quality food
