We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our small and tight knit team as a skippers ticket trainer/assessor. The right candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in our evergrowing 'Boat-Ed' program run in schools across Perth.
Your role will include training and assessing groups of skippers ticket students in the theory and practical components of the RST qualification.
We will provide you all the training and material you need to feel comfortable and confident from day 1!

What you need:
- Demonstrated understanding of boating rules, regulations and are highly competent at handling a boat
- Attention to detail is important, as is good customer service skills.
- A friendly manner and reliability
You will also need certain qualifications which we will guide you through, which include:
- Coxswain Grade 3
- A basic training and assessment qualification (not the full cert 4!) called ‘facilitation skill set’
- 90 days of recreational or commercial sea time over your life (you don't have to have been the skipper!)
Pay: Up to $150.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 40.0 per week
