Every day is different. One day you could be installing new equipment, the next you're troubleshooting a complex fault or helping a customer keep their production line running. You'll have the autonomy to manage your day while being backed by a supportive team that values expertise, collaboration and continuous learning.
- Install, commission and configure customer hardware and software on site.
- Perform preventative maintenance, servicing and breakdown repairs.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and software faults efficiently.
- Deliver outstanding technical support while building strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
- Manage travel schedules and respond to service requests in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer equipment performance and reliability.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting, fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Comfortable working independently across a variety of customer sites.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools and test equipment.
- Experience within industrial labelling, coding, packaging, manufacturing, automation or a similar industry is highly desirable.
- Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence.
- Experience with thermal printing and/or CIJ coders will be highly regarded.
- Fully maintained tool of trade vehicle.
