The Role
We are looking for an Insights Co-ordinator to support the delivery of research and insight initiatives across Benetas.
Working as part of the Insights team, you will play a key role in co-ordinating research activities, supporting survey delivery and reporting, maintaining research knowledge assets, and helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
This is a varied role that combines project co-ordination, research operations and stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, research and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Co-ordinating research projects, timelines, communications and documentation.
- Programming and testing online surveys and supporting survey delivery.
- Preparing, checking and collating data for reporting and analysis.
- Producing charts, reports and research outputs to support decision-making.
- Supporting customer experience research, brand tracking, Consumer Advisory Body activities and other research initiatives.
- Monitoring industry trends and contributing to knowledge building and thought leadership activities.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support the successful delivery of research activities.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong organisational, planning and project coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Experience supporting research, survey administration, data collection or reporting activities
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach and interest in continuous improvement
- Tertiary qualifications in market research, psychology, marketing, social sciences, statistics, data science or a related field will be highly regarded
All persons at Benetas will need to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to be eligible for employment or engagement.
