We're on the look out for a Client Relationship Officer to join our Perth team and help give our clients every chance of success.

How you will make an impact:
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in
accounts receivable and administration who is customer-focused and ready for a new challenge. In this role, you’ll combine your passion for delivering outstanding service with your administrative and finance skills to support the Client Relationship team in providing the best possible experience for our clients.
What you will do:
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and stakeholders through timely, professional responses via email and phone
- Accurately and efficiently allocate payments
- Conduct verification calls to complete due diligence on clients’ debtor accounts and support lending activities
- Monitor risk by identifying and addressing potential breaches of policy
- Support the lending process by assisting with risk assessments
What you will bring with you:
- A genuine passion for customer service excellence
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or credit control is preferred
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- The ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
