Summary:
The Manager at Rosehall Aggregation plays a crucial role in supporting the management team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position is a hands-on position, and essential for maintaining the standards of our business and fostering a positive work environment. The Manager will plan daily activities, manage staff, and implement strategies to enhance productivity, assisting with new project development and infrastructure. Responsibilities:

Plan and carry out work as per operational plan.
- Carry out all facets of livestock husbandry.
- Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance and operational efficiency including leading Work Place Health and Safety initiatives.
- Assist in data entry, feed budgeting and assessing nutritional requirements.
- Manage Biosecurity and weed infestations.
- Manage the maintenance and service of plant and machinery.
- Opportunity for Equine management but not essential.
- Foster a positive team environment and promote effective communication among staff.
Qualifications and Key Attributes:

A minimum of 5 years' experience, 2 years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role,
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient Livestock and farm management
- Degree qualified or Trades highly regarded.
- Curious and life long learner.
- Ability to adapt and apply new technology, ideas and skills.
- Strong organisational skills and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
