We want someone who can take charge, lead a team and keep the kitchen running like a well-oiled machine — even when the tickets are flying! We’re looking for someone who:

- Takes pride in quality, flavour & presentation
- Can lead, motivate & manage a kitchen team
- Can stay cool under pressure
- Understands food costs, ordering, prep & wastage
- Has high standards for cleanliness & food safety
- Wants to create food that keeps customers coming back!
