- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Help with household tasks including cleaning, cooking, and shopping
- Support clients in attending appointments and social activities
- Administer or remind clients to take medication (if trained and authorized)
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical or mental health
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
- Follow care plans and work closely with healthcare professionals and family members
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times
