We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dispense Technician / Webster Packer to join our friendly community pharmacy team in Happy Valley.
This is a permanent part-time position offering approximately 30–35 hours per week.
About the Role
In this role, you will support our pharmacists by assisting with dispensing prescriptions and preparing Webster packs to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of medication services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with prescription dispensing
- Prepare and maintain Webster packs
- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Support pharmacists with day-to-day dispensary operations
- Maintain accurate records and comply with pharmacy procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Dispense Technician and/or Webster Packer
- The ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced dispensary
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable
- Experience using Minfos pharmacy software (preferred but not essential)
- Experience with Webster packing systems
