We’re seeking experienced Psychologists and motivated Provisional Psychologists on the 5+1 pathway to join our multidisciplinary Rehabilitation and Reintegration team at Fulham Correctional Centre.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and deliver clinical services
- Conduct assessments and provide interventions for clients with complex needs
- Oversee offence-related interventions and contribute to program development that supports wellbeing and rehabilitation
- Provide high-quality supervision to a multidisciplinary team
You will bring:
- AHPRA registration as a psychologist
- Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
- A collaborative, outcomes-focused approach
- Resilience, authenticity, and a commitment to evidence-based practice
- An interest in innovative rehabilitation models and multidisciplinary teamwork

Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions under supervision
- Support the delivery of rehabilitation and mental health programs
- Contribute to multidisciplinary case planning
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
You will bring:
- Completion of fourth-year Psychology studies and eligibility for the 5+1 registration pathway
- AHPRA registration as a Provisional Psychologist, or eligibility to obtain it
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Curiosity, resilience, and a strong commitment to learning
- An interest in working in forensic, correctional, or complex mental health settings
