Barista / All-Rounder Wanted
We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and reliable Barista / All-Rounder to join our team.
The ideal candidate will:
● Have previous experience as a barista in a busy café or restaurant.
● Be confident making a full range of espresso-based coffees to a high standard.
● Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
● Take customer orders and operate the POS/cash register.
● Assist with food preparation and serving when required.
● Keep the café clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout the day.
● Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle busy periods with ease.
● Be flexible and willing to help with all aspects of the business.
● Be punctual, reliable, and work well as part of a team.
Requirements:
● Previous barista experience is essential.
● Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
● Strong communication and teamwork skills.
● Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
