What you'll be doing
As a member of the Mental Health Executive, you will lead the operational preparedness and commissioning strategy for the IMHC—ensuring seamless service delivery from Day 1 and beyond.
Design and deliver the operational readiness strategy, including Day 1 go-live planning
Lead development and integration of contemporary Models of Care aligned to strategic priorities
Partner with executives, clinicians and stakeholders to align workforce, services and infrastructure
Drive commissioning, staging and service ramp-up to achieve future-state capability
Establish governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement across complex workstreams

Demonstrated experience in all aspects of the health service planning process including facility design, Model of Care development, complex change management and implementation, and operational commissioning in a mental health setting
Proven ability to lead and facilitate multidisciplinary working groups across clinical and corporate functions, fostering inclusive engagement, alignment of diverse perspectives, and achieving positive outcomes through consensus-based decision-making
