About the role
Crosskeys Built is seeking an experienced Project Manager -Renovation Projects to join our growing team in Marleston, SA 5033. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to oversee and deliver construction projects from inception through to completion. As Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project delivery, managing stakeholders, and leading project teams to achieve our strategic objectives within the construction industry.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organise and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through to final handover
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets and resource plans
- Coordinate and supervise all project team members, contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and to specification
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, identifying and managing risks and issues as they arise
- Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain clear communication with clients, consultants and team members
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, health and safety requirements and company policies
- Review and approve project documentation, including drawings, specifications and contractual agreements
- Track and manage project costs, variations and claims to maintain financial integrity
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance audits to ensure standards are met
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and clients
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction project management within the Australian market
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods and building codes relevant to Australia
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders
- Sound financial acumen and experience in cost management and budgeting
- Thorough understanding of health, safety and environmental requirements within construction
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required
- Tertiary qualifications in construction management, civil engineering or related discipline are highly desirable
- Current membership with a relevant professional body such as the Australian Institute of Project Management is preferred

Pay: $76,705.99 – $132,601.41 per year
