About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Branch Coordinator to join our Roma, QLD team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong administration background who is looking for their next career challenge in a fast-paced operational environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating branch operations, ensuring the effective alignment of people, parts, and scheduling to support safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. You will play a key role in driving branch performance through strong administration, planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all administration duties for the branch
- Raise customer service orders and manage purchase orders in accordance with business processes.
- Invoice customer service orders and ensure all costs are captured before billing.
- Plan and schedule travel, accommodation, and mobilisation for technicians.
- Facilitate training, timesheet entry, and maintain registers.
- Ensure parts are available ahead of execution start dates.
- Attend planning and coordinating meetings and provide updates to various trackers and registers.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination.
- Perform weekly cycle reviews and complete monthly reporting.
- Provide coordination and administrative support to the branch and assist with technician requests.
- Occasional travel may be required to client sites and Enerflex facilities.
- A standard 38-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as required.
About you:
- Experience in a similar coordination or administration role (essential)
- Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills (preferred)
- High attention to detail with strong compliance focus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in SAP (or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Monday.com or similar systems (desirable)
