RESINC Solar & Batteries installs 100+ solar systems every week across the East Coast, and the systems that run our business need to match that pace. We’re bringing on a Project Manager to lead our ICT transformation from the inside: Zoho, data migration, workflow automation, and everything in between.
You’ll report directly to the General Manager and work across every part of the business: Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience. If you’re the kind of person who gets satisfaction from watching a messy Excel-based process become a clean, automated workflow, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading ICT projects end-to-end initiation, planning, delivery, and adoption
- Owning the implementation and continuous optimisation of our Zoho platform stack
- Driving data migration and system integration across the business
- Translating business requirements into functional system solutions
- Replacing manual, Excel-based workflows with scalable, integrated processes
- Managing cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Ops, and CX
- Building and maintaining SOPs, governance documentation, and the RESINC
Operations Manual
- Reporting project performance, KPIs, and improvement opportunities to the GM
- Coordinating with external system providers and technical support functions
What we’re looking for
Essential:
- 2–3 years’ experience delivering ICT or systems transformation projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
- Experience with cloud-based business platforms (Zoho experience highly regarded)
- Solid background in data migration and systems integration
- Strong stakeholder management skills — you can lead without direct authority
- Clear communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams
- Full Australian work rights
Preferred:
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Project Management, Business, or a related field
- Agile or Scrum certification (or demonstrated working knowledge)
- Formal project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar)
- Experience in a fast-growth or scale-up environment
