M.J. Bale is looking for confident and enthusiastic Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our teams across all South Australian stores.
We’re an Australian menswear brand known for quality tailoring, natural fibres and exceptional service. We’re also a certified B Corp and Official Tailor to the Australian Test cricket team, the Wallabies and the Socceroos.
About the role
You’ll help customers find the right pieces, whether they’re shopping for a new suit, an upcoming event or an everyday wardrobe update.
Your day will include:
- Delivering friendly and personal service
- Helping customers with fit, styling and product selection
- Working towards individual and store sales targets
- Building relationships with new and returning customers
- Keeping the store well presented and stocked
- Supporting the team during busy trade periods
Skills and Experiences:
About you
You’ll bring:
- Retail or customer service experience
- Confidence speaking with customers and making recommendations
- An interest in menswear, fashion and styling
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong presentation and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, late-night trade and peak periods
Menswear experience is an advantage but isn’t essential. We’re looking for people who enjoy working with customers, contribute to the team and take pride in what they do.
