We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced coach to work alongside us and our clients.
The role
This is a 1-on-1 business coaching role, working directly with directors and management teams across the full business lifecycle, from startup phase through to established SMEs turning over $50m+. Your job is to help them maximise profit, unlock efficiencies and build businesses that run better.
You'll start as a contractor on a client revenue split, giving you flexibility and uncapped upside based on the value you deliver. As you build your book and prove the fit, there's a clear pathway into a part-time or full-time role.
Realistic earning potential sits between $100k and $250k, depending on your client load and results.
What you'll be doing
- Coaching business owners and leadership teams 1-on-1 on strategy, growth and profitability
- Diagnosing where businesses are leaking time, money and efficiency, then building practical plans to fix it
- Working across the core levers of a business: operations, sales and lead generation, financial management, team and hiring, and compliance
- Holding clients accountable to their goals and helping them execute, not just plan
- Building trusted, long-term relationships with directors and managers
- Bringing your own real-world experience to the table to earn credibility fast
What we're looking for
This role is made for someone who has actually run a business, not just read about it.
- Real-world experience owning or running small businesses (non-negotiable, you've felt the pressure of payroll, cashflow and hard decisions)
- Strong, well-rounded business acumen, you understand how the pieces of a business fit together
- A genuine generalist, comfortable moving between sales, ops, finance and people problems
- A natural people person, you build trust quickly, listen well, and know how to challenge someone without losing them
- Coaching or advisory experience is a plus, but lived business experience matters most
- Experience working with trade businesses (building, plumbing, roofing, etc.) is highly regarded
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely and independently

Pay: $100,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
