Initial 3-Month Contract with Potential Extension
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to support the feasibility and planning phase of a large-scale digital transformation program. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with business, clinical, and technology stakeholders while contributing to the development of a significant business case and implementation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops with clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders and external vendors.
- Manage project schedules, meeting agendas, minutes, action registers, decision logs, and risk registers.
- Support the development of project deliverables, including:
- Current-state assessments
- Future-state workflow discussions
- Business requirements documentation
- Benefits identification
- Business case inputs
- Monitor progress against milestones and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support governance activities, steering committee meetings, and working groups.
- Produce weekly status reports summarising progress, risks, issues, key decisions, and upcoming activities.
Essential Experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex projects or programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, coordination, and communication skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops and maintaining project documentation.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and service providers.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Highly Desirable
- Understanding of healthcare technology systems within a hospital environment.
- Experience supporting large-scale ICT or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience contributing to feasibility studies, business case development, and governance processes.
