About the Role
- General practice nursing
- Immunisations and vaccinations
- Chronic disease management and care plans
- Health assessments
- Wound care and dressings
- Assisting with procedures
- Patient education and health promotion
- Maintaining clinical standards and infection control
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous general practice experience preferred (but not essential for the right candidate)
- Immunisation certificate desirable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, reliable and patient-centred approach
