As a Digital & Content Marketing Specialist at Harris Scarfe, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating marketing efforts across various departments, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.

Are you excited and passionate about delivering effective & efficient marketing campaigns & events whilst supporting the sales & profit expectations of the business? Then this is the perfect role for you.
As a Campaign Marketing Specialist at Harris Scarfe, you will play a pivotal role within the marketing team and work closely with key stakeholders in the business across various departments including but not limited to our amazing in-house studio and production teams as well as an external media agency. You will be responsible for a range of marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
Campaign management:
- Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams including merchandise, studio, production, media, and finance.
- Ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly, meeting objectives and driving desired outcomes.
- Coordinate and manage apparel shoots, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Working across various marketing channels, both traditional and digital:
- EDM: Develop and execute engaging email campaigns to reach our target audience, promoting campaigns, events, and new product launches.
- Catalogue Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of catalogues, ensuring they are strategically designed to maximise impact and drive sales.
- TV and Radio: Coordinate and manage advertising campaigns on television and radio platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and target demographics.
- Social Media: Working alongside the digital content specialist to develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn. Foster community interaction to drive brand loyalty & awareness.
- Website: Working alongside the digital content specialist to manage the company's website content and ensure it is up-to-date and aligned with marketing objectives.

- Time Organisation and Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications of Candidate
- Relevant tertiary education in Marketing or Communications or a related field is desirable
- Demonstrated 1-2 years of marketing or related experience, with exposure to major retailers
- Any prior experience with a major retailer or advertising agency, advantageous
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to the ever-changing fast-paced retail environment
- Have a passion for marketing and be a strong team player
- Be a self-starter and highly motivated
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, planning & organisation and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across all levels of business
