- Lead the roadmap, planning and delivery of assisted-channel modernisation initiatives
- Partner across business, frontline, operations, technology, architecture, risk and controls to drive aligned outcomes
- Provide strong business ownership across design, prioritisation, delivery readiness and change implementation
- Support the transition from legacy platforms to more modern, scalable and reusable servicing experiences
- Drive decision-making through governance forums, delivery reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Help embed simpler, safer and more customer-focused ways of working across complex change programs

You’ll combine strong stakeholder leadership with a practical, customer-focused mindset and a passion for shaping better experiences at scale.
- Experience leading large-scale business, product or transformation initiatives in complex environments
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, governance and cross-functional alignment
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive outcomes across business and technology teams
- Experience improving customer, colleague or operational experiences through process or platform change
- Strong understanding of delivery risk, controls and governance in regulated environments
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution and delivery focus
