We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team full time and contribute to the continued growth of our language centre, cultural events and community engagement activities.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Business Development and Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that support student enrolments, event attendance, membership growth and brand awareness.
This is a hands-on role suited to a marketing professional who enjoys working across digital, social media, email, website and print communications while analysing performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
- Coordinate integrated campaigns across digital, social media, email, website and print channels.
- Support business growth through effective marketing planning and execution.
Market Research & Performance Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Prepare reports and recommendations to support marketing decision making.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage social media channels and content creation.
- Coordinate SEO and online advertising activities.
- Develop targeted campaigns that increase engagement and brand visibility.
Email Marketing
- Create and distribute targeted email campaigns.
- Manage segmented databases and audience communications.
- Analyse campaign performance and implement optimisation strategies.
Website Management
- Maintain and update website content.
- Ensure information is accurate, engaging and aligned with marketing objectives.
Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Coordinate designers, copywriters and agencies to deliver marketing projects on time.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant marketing experience.
- Experience delivering digital and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, CMS platforms and email marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- A proactive, creative and results oriented mindset.
Experience within education, cultural organisations or the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.

Pay: $76,000.00 – $86,000.00 per year
