The Learning & Development Business Partner plays a critical role in partnering with various business units to design, develop, and implement learning solutions and development initiatives that align with the strategic goals.
This role requires proactive stakeholder engagement to gain insights into the learning and development needs across the organisation, aiming to enhance employee and leadership capabilities while improving engagement and retention rates.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Learning & Development and demonstrate the ability to create impactful solutions.
- University degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Adult Education or a related field is essential.
- Extensive experience in Learning & Development roles with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to develop effective training programs and facilitate workshops that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and building relationships at all organisational levels.
Successful candidates will also demonstrate strong project management capabilities, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work collaboratively in both independent and team settings. Adaptability in a changing environment and a focus on continuous improvement are key traits that will contribute to the success in this role.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary package from $111,776 - $124,574 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
