As a Customer Experience Consultant with Kanda, you'll be the person our customers turn to when they need support, answers or simply someone who genuinely listens. You'll handle enquiries with care, manage feedback professionally and make sure every single interaction leaves the person on the other end feeling heard and valued.
This isn't just a customer service role. It's a role where your empathy drives outcomes, your attention to detail keeps things moving and your ability to stay calm under pressure makes all the difference to the people we support.

What You'll Be Doing
- Being the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm, professional and solutions-focused experience across every interaction
- Managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels with efficiency and care
- Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Identifying and resolving customer concerns promptly, escalating where necessary and following through to ensure resolution
- Accurately recording and maintaining customer information and interactions across relevant systems
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience at every touchpoint
- Monitoring and reporting on customer feedback and satisfaction to support continuous improvement initiatives
You're the Right Person If...
- You have proven experience in a customer service role, a call centre background is highly regarded
- You're confident managing feedback and complaints, with a natural ability to de-escalate difficult situations with care and professionalism
- You're someone who follows process well, applies templates consistently and understands the importance of working within set guardrails to get things done right
- You're tech savvy and comfortable working across Microsoft Office, email platforms and data and trend reporting
- Experience in a disability-specific customer service environment is a bonus and any relevant disability qualifications are welcomed but not essential
