We’re growing our Wealth Advisory team and looking for an experienced adviser who wants to build a growing client base.
Saward Dawson is an established Melbourne accounting and advisory firm with a substantial, loyal client base built over decades. You will enjoy a warm referral base from our internal departments, giving you a real and achievable path to building a meaningful client base from existing relationships of trust.
Alongside this, you will develop and cultivate your own external referral networks, broadening the firm’s reach and establishing yourself in the wider professional community.
- The backing of an experienced Paraplanning and Client Services team, so you focus on advice and relationships.

- Deliver high-quality, goals-based advice across superannuation, retirement, investments, personal risk, and estate planning.
- Build trusted, lasting relationships with clients introduced through our internal referral network.
- Develop and cultivate your own external referral networks over time, broadening the firm’s reach.
- Lead discovery, strategy, and Statement of Advice presentation, supported end-to-end by our team.
- Maintain the high advice-quality and compliance standards our clients and reputation depend on.
- 5+ years’ financial advice experience with strong technical foundations (super, investments, retirement, risk).
- A genuine relationship-builder who translates complexity into clear, client-friendly advice.
- A track record of establishing lasting client relationships with a high standard of compliance.
- ASIC Financial Advisers Register listing and current education/CPD standards.
