The Role
We are seeking passionate and reliable support workers to join our growing team. You will be supporting participants in their homes and communities with daily living activities, personal care, social engagement, and skill development.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support
· Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, and community access
· Support participants to achieve their NDIS goals
· Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
· Promote independence, dignity, and choice
About You
You are empathetic, dependable, and committed to making a difference. You bring a positive attitude and a genuine desire to support others.
Essential Criteria:
· Experience in disability support
· Current First Aid & CPR certification
· NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
· Current Australian national police check
· Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable registered and insured vehicle
· Working rights in Australia
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Desirable:
- Certificate in disability
- Experience working with people with complex needs or behaviours of concern
