Job description:
We are seeking a reliable, mature, and compassionate Support Worker to provide support to a participant living in the Pinjarra area. This role involves assisting with daily living tasks, community access, emotional support, and building healthy routines in a calm, consistent, and person-centred manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day tasks: meal prep, household tasks, community access, and structured routines
- Provide emotional support and capacity-building strategies
- Support to attend appointments and follow daily plan
- Maintain professional boundaries and accurate shift documentation
- Promote independence and safe decision-making
- Work calmly and confidently in a trauma-informed manner
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 6–12 months experience in disability or mental health support
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- WWCC
- First Aid & CPR
- Driver’s licence + reliable car with comprehensive insurance
- Strong communication skills and reliable work ethic
Desirable
- Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Mental Health, or Community Services
- Positive Behaviour Support or de-escalation experience
