Support Worker – Clean and Care Solutions
Clean and Care Solutions is seeking dedicated, skilled, and compassionate Support Workers to deliver high-quality support to NDIS participants in their homes and communities. Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with personal care and daily living activities
- Support community participation, social engagement, and transport
- Deliver respite support to families and carers
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and incident reports
- Uphold NDIS Practice Standards, safety requirements, and organisational policies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III/IV in Individual Support (or related qualification)
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- ABN (Independent Contractor)
- Strong ability to work independently and professionally
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
